Facilitation
The room where it all comes together.
Some moments in an organisation's life are too important to leave to chance.
A new strategy that needs to land. A culture reset that has to feel real. A launch where different teams are meeting each other for the first time and you need them to leave as one.
These are the moments that need more than a good agenda. They need a room that works.
I design and facilitate sessions for organisations at inflection points, the moments where something new is being created, launched or committed to. My sessions are built specifically around your objectives, your people and what you need to walk away with. Nothing is off the shelf.
I can work with small groups and at scale. Large groups, mixed teams, sometimes people who have never been in a room together before. I use inclusive, evidence-backed play-based facilitation approaches that get people genuinely connecting, the kind of session people remember and talk about afterwards, for the right reasons.
No spaghetti. No marshmallows. Just a room full of people who leave energised, aligned and ready to move.
Recent work has included
Strategy design, with an eye on the execution that makes it possible - for a charity focussed on income growth
Ways of working launch - for a housing association transitioning to a customer led approach
Team retrospectives and ways-of-working resets - most recently for a house-hold name service station brand
Leadership away days - for all kinds of clients spanning public, private and third sector
The Traitors - a game designed for large groups, dressing as Claudia is optional!
Squad Games - an away day for large groups, not as scary as Squid Games!
