Coaching gives you the space to think clearly, lead deliberately and feel like yourself again, even when the pressure is on.
How I work

A leadership coach standing outside a restaurant wearing a pink shirt, black trousers and sunglasses
I'm Jennifer Tennant, the person you can say the real thing to.
I've spent fifteen years working at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and the messy human stuff that sits between them. I've led technology transformations, rebuilt teams, coached leaders through restructures, and sat in enough rooms to know that the things that stop people moving are rarely the things on the agenda.
I work with experienced leaders and people stepping up into leadership who want to get better at being themselves under pressure, who want to hold people to account without feeling like they're being hard on them. You don't need to become someone else, or pretend the hard bits aren't hard. The shift happens when you can make clearer decisions, have braver conversations, and lead in a way that still feels like you. We can stop the noise long enough to think clearly.
You don't need someone to teach you how to lead. You need someone to help you think clearly about what's actually going on, and shift it.
That's what coaching is for.
I'm a Level 2 certified coach with Optimus Coaching Academy. This means I've completed accredited training, logged hundreds of practice hours, and been assessed against an internationally recognised standard. It also means I work to a professional code of ethics, so the confidentiality, boundaries, and quality of practice you'd expect are built in.

Facilitation
Workshops people actually talk about afterwards. For the right reasons.
With over fifteen years running delivery teams, designing operating models and coaching organisations through change, I know exactly what a room full of people who aren't talking to each other looks like. I also know how to fix it. My facilitation practice is rooted in play-based approaches from the #play14 movement and the interaction patterns of Liberating Structures, methods that make sure every voice shapes the outcome, not just the loudest ones in the room. No generic icebreakers. No spaghetti and marshmallows. Just well-designed, purposeful sessions where people actually connect, think, and leave with something real.
Every session is adapted to your specific objectives, your people, and what you need to walk away with. Whether you're launching a strategy, resetting a culture, or bringing teams together who've never been in the same room, I'll design something that fits. The sessions are energising, memorable, and most importantly they move things forward. If you're planning something and want to talk it through, get in touch.
