How it works

Sessions are 45 minutes, held online, typically fortnightly. We'll work together long enough to build something real, this isn't a one-off pep talk. You'll leave each session with clarity, new approaches and tools to try out, but most importantly, the feeling that the next step is actually possible.

THE PACKAGE

Starting point. A six-session block, fortnightly, with the option to continue. Coaching works best when both people are fully invested. I offer a pay what you feel model because I'd rather you decide what the work was worth once you've experienced it.
